The family business began as a Hanoverian breeding program that expanded to a dressage training and boarding facility. Vantage Point Farm continues to stand several breeding stallions in addition to caring for approximately 20 boarded horses.

Lenore has ridden and trained with internationally recognized trainers, including Hubert Rohrer from the Spanish Riding School, Andrew Popiel, who worked tirelessly to broaden venues in the US for 3-day event, and Gerd Zuther, who was instrumental in bringing the 100 Day Stallion Testing process to North America in the 1980’s.

- Owned and trained the first Hanoverian stallion in North America, Maximilian, to be granted full reciprocity in breeding to world-wide Hanoverian bloodstock.
- Maximilian went on to compete in the Dressage World Cup Qualifiers in 1999 – sound at 20 years of age due to following Lenore’s 3 basic care principles.
- Participated as the only non-professional equestrienne in the US Dressage Federation instructor certification Program held in 1993.
- Holds Bronze Medal from US Dressage Federation.
- Qualified one Hanoverian and one Friesian stallion in the American Warmblood Society stallion inspection 2003 as Elite Preferred Stallions.
- In 2019 at the age of 64, selected and started in training a 3 year old Friesian stallion and is now working with a well established trainer to bring this young horse along in a successful and competitive show career. She hopes to obtain her USDF silver medal on this new stallion.
