The Vantage Point Farm feeding program features:
- Horses are fed twice daily in accordance with owner directions
- We will feed owner provided grain and supplements
- Up to 20 lbs of high-quality grass hay to maintain proper weight & gut motility
- Additional hay needs above that mentioned are surcharged to cover market rate fluctuations
- All high special needs horses must be stall boarded (Fed wet meals, medications needed, really slow eaters)
Standard Services -Your boarding includes:
- Daily cleaning of stalls; bi-weekly shelter or paddock (weather permitting) area cleaning
- Monitoring of all horses at feed times for signs of injury or illness
- Full day semi-private turnout, weather permitting
- Use of all facilities any time of day
- Blanketing or fly mask/sheet
- Tack Locker
- Holding for farrier/vet, lay-up care and medication administration
- Emergency transportation for medical attention
